This can be a very daunting place to be because everyone knows that exercise is medicine but then on the other hand we are not getting younger. We realise that the body is no longer as resilient as it used to be and the last thing we want is to cause more damage to a niggling back or a dodgy knee. 

The end goal is whatever you want it to be. We will help make it realistic and achievable. The main thing for us is that we will help you get there at all costs even if there are a few old war wounds or a couple of old injuries. These are not a reason to stop you from feeling good again.

  1. Full Gym Access (in our Fermoy site)
  2. Access to our 16 Week Health & Fitness Program with Videos
  3. 4 one to one (45-60 minute) sessions with a Sports Physio
    1. Session 1 includes an explanation of the membership, programme and exercises
    2. Sessions 2, 3 & 4 are monthly sessions to review performance and progress to a new programme to achieve your goals.
  4. Free Access to our ONLINE Movement Revolution and Pilates Classes
  5. Support from staff at any stage.

We use that knowledge of exercise and over 13 years of experience as physios helping people recover from broken bones, ligament sprains, dislocated joints and even spinal surgeries to get back moving with confidence and feeling good again. Everything is easy when you know how and we know how to help.

For us working with people with aches and pains or with no real exercise experience is nothing new and certainly not an issue.
