Jason Riordan

Chartered Physiotherapist

My name is Jason Riordan, and I’m a chartered physiotherapist with a strong passion for sport, movement, and helping people stay active. I’ve always been interested in how the body works and how the right support can help people recover from injuries, move better, and feel stronger.

I play both hurling and football, which keeps me active and gives me a good understanding of the physical demands athletes face. This helps me connect with clients—whether they’re playing at a high level or just trying to stay fit and injury-free. I bring that same energy and knowledge into my physiotherapy work, always aiming to help people perform at their best.

In recent years running and going to the gym have become a massive part of my life. Running helps me stay mentally focused, while gym training builds strength and helps prevent injury. I completed the Manchester Marathon and hope to complete another soon. These are big parts of my lifestyle, and I use what I’ve learned to help others improve their fitness, build confidence, and stay healthy in the long run.

Whether I’m on the pitch, in the gym, or working in the clinic, I’m always focused on helping people feel better, move better, and reach their personal goals. I believe that physiotherapy is about more than just recovery—it’s about supporting an active, healthy way of life.
