What is Movement Revolution?

MR is the ultimate movement programme, carefully compiling the most effective exercises to keep your body moving as it should, without restriction, ache nor pain, with strength and confidence regardless of age, ability or injury.

Designed and delivered by physios with almost 30 years of clinical practice MR will guide you on the best path to improve how your body moves and feels.

The programme consists of a fusion of the most clinically effective exercises, combined with Pilates & Yoga influences that promise to deliver.

The exercise sequences, called movement flows, will tell you and us exactly what the limitations are.

Be it an imbalance between the right and left sides of your body, a weak area that is the ‘chink in the chain’ causing repeated problems.
