Receipt/Invoice Requests
We’ll soon be transitioning to a new clinic management system to help improve our booking, records, and overall patient experience.
As part of this change, it may become more difficult for us to access and generate receipts or invoices for treatments that took place before the system change.
If you require an invoice or receipt from past treatments in order to claim through your health insurance or for tax purposes, we kindly ask that you submit a request using the form below before the transition.
Once the new system is in place, retrieving documentation from the previous system may take significantly longer.
