Terms & Conditions
for Discounts and Vouchers
Occasionally, APC Physio & Sports Clinic will issue discount vouchers for our valued customers.
The following terms and conditions apply to all discount offers, unless otherwise stated on the voucher:
- Vouchers are only valid for APC Physio services as stated on the voucher.
- Vouchers are a single, one time use only and cannot be used again once redeemed
- We may ask you for further information how you obtained your voucher to establish validity
- The voucher applied to services only, not to any products such as exercise bands, orthotics or other products
- Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or reduced rate services such as Sports Club or company rates
- We reserve the right to withdraw or extend any promotions at our discretion.
- Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.
- All offers are time bound, expiry dates specified as 4 weeks from voucher issue. All offers end at midnight unless specified otherwise.
- Minimum spends may apply and will be stated in the promotion if applicable
- Vouchers must be mentioned when making your appointment
