I did rehab on my shoulder with Patrick Hanley over a 3 months period. Last December playing rugby, I dislocated my shoulder. For the year after I went through numerous rehab then re-injury cycles with it and day to day, in the gym and playing, it didn’t feel strong or stable. When I started with Patrick he set me goals, where I was and where I needed to be to get back playing. I am now confident in my shoulder. It’s back near the strength before the injury, through the rehab and advice he gave me.

Excellent. I’m a marathon runner and while I was running decent times I always lost time in last 10k with muscle cramp. Working with Pa and the APC team on core flex and running form strengthening has literally shaved minutes of my previous personal best and has allowed me to run strong all the way through.
