Nearly 10 weeks in and always a full class, even waiting list. He will accomodate everyone and ensures he can walk the room ensuring everyone is doing the exercises correctly. The class is very enjoyable and we are progressing with flexability which is amazing. Thanks FionaPosted on Maeve McCarthy10 June 2024Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Have been doing weekly classes with Patrick for the last few months and they have been thoroughly enjoyable. Each week is a challenge but great to feel progress as time goes by to be able for more intense sessions. Looking forward to continuing the course over the coming months!Posted on Eileen Triggs29 May 2024Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Excellent service, would recommendPosted on Emma Tarragon28 May 2024Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I broke my arm last summer (radius and ulna fracture ) and started going to APC Physio in October of 2023. As a dancer, I was really eager to make a full recovery and to get back to dancing ASAP. My practitioner was Mr Steven Gilmore, who happened to have the exact same injury and surgery as me. Steven is so kind and professional, he always made me feel comfortable and at ease during our sessions. His knowledge is evident and he is extremely thorough in his process, which was very reassuring. After 7 months and 12 sessions with Steven, my arm is almost completely back to normal and I have all the tools I need to make a full recovery. I’m so glad I trusted him with my injury as I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend Steven and the APC Physio & Sports Clinic in Cork City.Posted on Orla Doyle23 May 2024Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I visited APC as I was having some tightness/discomfort in my left leg when I ran. Craig (as always) was professional and great to speak with. He thoroughly investigated the issue and was able to resolve it on one visit. I’ve had no issues with it since. High recommend.Posted on Sally Rimmington21 May 2024Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a free consultation and found them to be very honest and I didn’t feel obligated to sign up for a series of sessions, I would highly recommend APC.Posted on LC86 _19 May 2024Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a nice experience with both Craig and Patrick. They both listened and evaluated my back pain extensively. Initially I not only had back pain, but also pain in my buttock, my adductors... I was in bits as one would say. Through exercises and stretches and some hands on treatment, some of my problems were eradicated. Unfortunately, I still deal with some back pain at times but I go back to the exercises and stretches given to me and get some relief that way. Back pain is very complex and highly individual in my opinion. I would definitely recommend the clinic for anybody in need of physiotherapy treatment.Posted on Siobhan Luddy17 May 2024Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. It’s taken me ages to get around to writing this review. I had chronic neck pain and restricted head movement. After 3 sessions I am better than ever and a very simple exercise a few times a week. Only regret was that I didn’t go sooner. Thanks so muchPosted on Paula O Driscoll11 May 2024Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Really good physio always so helpful and easy to contact.
